Q. Why am I not able to register?
A. The Iniesta Academy Summer Camp has limited spots available.
If the maximum capacity is reached, there will be a waiting list, and the spots will be assigned in order of the list. f you want to be added to the waiting list, please contact us at camps@iniestacademy.com and leave your details. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q. What age range can participate in the camp?
A. Children from 8 to 16 years old can stay for 6 nights and 7 days in a more immersive format where they can experience a more complete experience making new friends.

On the other hand, in this second edition, children between 6 and 7 years old will be able to sign up for the beginner group from 9:00h to 13:30h without the option of staying overnight.

Q. Why do I have to upload a photo of my child in the registration?
A. The photos are for the coaches to become familiar with the names and faces of the children. It’s very important that the coach and monitor can address the child by name, and having this information beforehand is helpful. The photo is essential for the optimal development of the campus for both the student and the organization.

Q. Why do I have to sign the minor’s image rights document?
A. Acceptance of the image rights document allows Iniesta Academy to record your children and their images can be published on our social networks.
In the event that a family does not want their child to appear publicly, they will have to select the option of not accepting the document at the time of registration.

Q. Can I pay in installments?
A. Iniesta Academy does not manage any kind of payment installments.
The payment in installments must be made directly with the bank that offers the service at the time of payment by credit card.

Q What happens if I make the full payment or reservation and then have to cancel?
A. If it’s a justified cause such as an accident, force majeure, or illness, we will refund 100% of the amount. On the other hand, no refund will be given for those who cancel their participation 3 weeks before the start of the camp unless there is a justified cause.

Q. Discount Policy
A. Discounts only apply to families with a sibling enrolled or residents in the Cerdanya area (registration certificate must be presented).
Children who do not stay overnight have a different rate and are not considered a discount, but rather a proportional price for the unused service.
However, Iniesta Academy reserves the right to make promotions and discounts through social media.

Q. What if I am a goalkeeper? Are there any specific training program?
A. The methodology of the camp is oriented towards players. However, if you are a goalkeeper, we invite you to register for the International Summer Camp 2024.
We encourage you to train with the rest of the participants and if the number of participants allows it, there will be specific training sessions for this position.

Q. How are the groups divided?
A. The groups are assigned by age for both training sessions and room assignments. The group will always be kept as close together as possible during the course of the camp.
The number of spots will be between 8 to 12 children per group. If there are many children concentrated in one age group, multiple groups will be formed.

Q. Uniforms
A. Children who request a half-day program will be provided with 1 full set o and children who request a full-board program will be provided with 2 full sets. A full set includes 1 shirt, 1 short, and 1 pair of socks. All Children are responsible for the correct use of their uniforms.
We recommend you to choose one size larger than your size.
Once the size has been chosen, NO returns or exchanges will be allowed. You can check the sizes on the following chart.

Q What do I need to bring?
A. Weeks before the event, we will send you an email with all the materials that the kids should bring, as well as a list of things that they cannot bring to the camps.

Q What type of turf do the training fields have?
A. At the International Summer Camp in Llívia all the training fields have natural grass. For this reason, we recommend having boots with cleats suitable for grass fields.

Q. Allergies, intolerance and medication
A. All children who need to follow a specific diet or have any food allergies or intolerances must explicitly notify us on the registration form. If the child takes a specific medication, the organization must be notified so that the tutor or trainer can administer the medication according to the instructions given by the parents. In the case of allergies and/or intolerances, the specific foods must be specified, and the antidote must also be provided. At Iniesta Academy, we will not give medication to children without prior authorization and permission from the parents. In case of emergency or medical assistance, we will call the parents to follow the appropriate instructions.

Q. How far are the residences from the football fields?
A. The distance between the hostels and the Llivia football field is only 5 minutes away and 7 minutes to Sant Guillem Park. Both are located within Llivia, so there is no need to use any bus transportation from Puigcerdà or nearby areas. The children will always be accompanied by coaches, monitors, and tutors.

Q. What happens if my child is unwell?
A. First, we will contact you and inform you of the situation. With the parents’ authorization, we will take your child to a medical facility, and/or we will follow your instructions.

Q. Reception service
A. From 8:00h to 9:00h we will have a reception drop off service.
The service is included in the price with no additional cost.

Q. Uniform
A. Additional uniforms can be purchased during registration. The price is 45€. A full kit consists of a T-shirt, shorts and socks.
Children who request a half day will have 1 full Capitten kit and children who request a full board will have 2 full kits.

Q. Bus service
A. Iniesta Academy will provide bus service from Barcelona to Llívia and from Llívia to Barcelona in both shifts.
If you want to use the bus service, select the option during the registration process. The cost of the round trip is 30€.
Part of the Iniesta Academy staff will travel on the bus.
The details of the place, departure and arrival time will be specified by email to the families who request this option.
In case of cancellation of any of the trips the amount will not be refunded.

Q. Who should I contact in an emergency?
A. Once the children are registered, we will provide you with the contacts and responsible persons so that you can directly contact the coaches and monitors only for specific and punctual cases.

Q. Information and follow-up
A. Once children are enrolled, communications, notifications and relevant information will be sent via email.
