We aim to pass on the football style, techniques
and vision of Andrés Iniesta to future generations.
Our goal: to pass on the style, techniques, and vision of Andrés Iniesta to future generations.
Iniesta Academy offers a football program with the goal of training young players and passing on the unique style, techniques, and footballing vision of Andrés Iniesta, developed throughout his career, to future generations.
Academy players will have the opportunity to learn the training techniques and methodologies that form the basis of Iniesta’s world-class skills, as well as his values, which are considered a model for all football players.
The academy has 2 fundamental ideals as its foundational pillars. On one hand, to facilitate access and understanding of Andrés’ methodology for its correct execution on the field and, on the other hand, to learn and strengthen the base of all soccer players with Andrés’ values off the field.
Training is always supervised by Iniesta Academy Technical Directors in order to help the players in his football and personal development. By practicing in training, the players can get to know the most important points that Andrés Iniesta considers when playing football. We want the players to improve their decision making, so that they will be able to adapt to game situations and make thebest on-field choices.

Our program for children aged 4 to 6 focuses on developing ball skills, introducing players to the fundamentals of ball control and building a positive relationship with the ball. Through simplified games and exercises, we encourage players to interact with the ball and foster a sense of discovery.
We prioritize teamwork in our program, teaching players to work with their teammates and develop a playing style that emphasizes combination play. Our aim is to help players develop the skills necessary to work together effectively on the pitch.
Football is an opposition sport, so our program focuses on teaching players how to play against opponents. We help players develop their ability to respond to challenging situations by providing various exercises and drills.
Our advanced program is designed for players with high tactical understanding and technical execution. We expose them to various game situations to improve decision-making in environments that closely resemble competition.

Our advanced program is designed for players with high tactical understanding and technical execution. We expose them to various game situations to improve decision-making in environments that closely resemble competition.
Our training sessions are focused on generating a better tactical understanding, always supported by a technical execution that allows us to solve the different problems that arise in the game.
The emphasis on tactical components increases with the player’s level, with technical aspects being emphasized in Pre-Academy and tactical elements in Elite. While in Pre-Academy we give more importance to the technical aspects, in Elite we seek above all the understanding of the tactical elements.
