Photography and image rights.

I AUTHORIZE the use of the minor’s image according to the following terms:

I.- That I AUTHORIZE the company “AGENCY BY SPORTS AND LIFE, #S.L.O.”, with CIF number: B-67599506 (hereinafter “NSN”), domiciled in Barcelona (08007), Rambla de Catalunya, 2, 3rd floor , to the capture and fixation of the image and voice of the minor, through audiovisual and sound procedures, during the sessions of the Iniesta Academy Campus that is held from 06/30/2024 to 07/13/2024 in the town of Llívia, with the purpose that “NSN” or its assignees can incorporate them into any graphic, audiovisual creation and/or content for publication on Social Networks, and all this for promotional purposes and including commercial purposes of the sponsors of the Campus (hereinafter the WORK/PRODUCTION ).

II.- That by means of this AUTHORIZATION “NSN” is empowered to edit the records/capture of images made of the minor, and with it the processing of his/her image/voice, always according to the purpose expressed in the previous section (and for its incorporation into the Work/Production and the publicity of the same with a view to its exploitation), including the power of transfer to third parties for the purpose of the normal exploitation and dissemination of the Work, and without further requirement for all this. authorization by the undersigned, nor does it give rise to the obligation to pay any consideration, nor does it presuppose the assembly of the images recorded in the Work. In particular, “NSN” and/or its assignees are AUTHORIZED to reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate in audiovisual and telematic media, make available and transform the records and the Work with a view to its exploitation (including any fragment, sequence or frame of the record). Likewise, the aforementioned material may be used for the dissemination and advertising of other activities and events on the website and social networks of “NSN” and/or its assignees, in brochures and/or advertising posters, as well as in the press.

III.- For the purposes of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (RGPD) of April 27, 2016, relating to the protection of natural persons in relation to data processing personal data, the authorizer acknowledges having been informed that his or her personal data, as well as the personal data, image and voice of the minor, will be subject to automated processing and will be incorporated into files under the responsibility of “NSN” in order to carry out the production and exploitation of the WORK/PRODUCTION in all telematic and/or television media. The authorizer acknowledges having been informed that he can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation and portability, by writing with the reference “Data Protection” addressed to Rambla de Catalunya street, 2, 3rd floor of Barcelona (08007). , or to the email address jorjadoan@wearensn.com. The document must include the name, surname and ID number of the applicant, as well as the request in which the request is specified and an address or email for notification purposes.

IV.- In accordance with art. 4 of the Organic Law 1/1996, of January 15, on the Legal Protection of Minors, “NSN” and/or its assignees undertake to respect the right to honor, personal and family privacy and the minor’s own image, so that the dissemination and use of the images/voice of the minor will be carried out without prejudice to his honor or reputation, or in a manner contrary to his interests, even with the consent of the minor or his legal representatives, also respecting current legislation. .

V.- This AUTHORIZATION is granted in accordance with the provisions of art. 2 of Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one’s own image, therefore, in accordance with the provisions of section three of the aforementioned article, This consent will be revocable at any time, and in that case, the authorizer will be obliged to compensate “NSN” and/or its assignees for any damages caused, if applicable, by the subsequent revocation, including justified expectations.
