FAQs
CLINICS CAMPS INIESTA ACADEMY
- Where can I register?
You can register at the following link (insert new Eventim link). If you have any questions, contact us at camps@iniestacademy.com. - I can’t complete the registration
The Iniesta Academy Summer Camp has limited places.
If the maximum capacity is reached, there will be a waiting list and places will be assigned in order of the list. If you want to be added to the waiting list, please contact us at camps@iniestacademy.com and leave your details. We will contact you as soon as possible. - What ages can participate in the camp?
The age range is from 6 to 16 years old.
If the camp offers the overnight stay option, we recommend a minimum age of 8 years old. - Why do I have to send a photo of my child during registration?
The photos are so the coaches can start becoming familiar with the names and faces. It is very important that the coach and monitor can address each child personally and have this work done beforehand. The photo is essential for the optimal development of the camp, both for the participant and for the organization. - Why do I have to sign the minor’s image rights document?
Accepting the image rights document allows Iniesta Academy to record your children and publish their images on our social media channels.
If any family does not want their child to appear publicly, they must select the non-acceptance option at the time of registration.
PAYMENT AND PROMOTIONS
- Can I split the payment?
If the option to split the payment is available, it will be offered through the Klarna platform.
It is possible that the split payment option may not be available directly, as it is not enabled for all products. If you have any questions, please contact camps@iniestacademy.com. - Discount Policy
At the time of registration, the discounts and options assigned to each Camp will be shown.
The different registration modalities and/or regimes have different prices and are not considered a discount, but rather a price proportional to the contracted service.
Nevertheless, Iniesta Academy reserves the right to offer promotions and discounts through its communication channels and social media. - Refund Policy
In the case of duly justified force majeure, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
In the event of cancellation 20 days before the start of the event, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded in cases of injury or duly accredited force majeure. This information will be validated and reviewed individually. If the supporting documentation is not valid, no refund will be issued.
In case of cancellation once the camp has started, there will be no right to any refund, except in cases of duly justified injury or force majeure, in which 25% of the total price will be refunded.
In other cases, such as travel or unforeseen circumstances (i.e., causes NOT considered force majeure), you must contact camps@iniestacademy.com and we will review the case individually.
If a refund is required, it will be processed after the event has ended and as soon as possible.

Part of the Iniesta Academy staff will travel on the bus.
The details of the location, departure time, and arrival time will be specified by email to the families who request this option.
In case of cancelling the bus service or the return trip service, the amount will not be refunded.
CAMP DYNAMICS - Is there training for goalkeepers?
Iniesta Academy’s training methodology is focused on outfield players. However, if your position is goalkeeper, we invite you to register.
We encourage you to train with the rest of the participants, as in all our clinics and camps we have coaches specialized in that position. - How are the groups organized?
Groups are organized by age both for training sessions and for room assignments in case there is an overnight stay.
The group will always be kept as together as possible throughout the camp.
Each group will have between 8 and 12 children. If many children are concentrated in the same age range, several groups will be created.
The camp management reserves the right to make group changes based on level, always to ensure an excellent experience and coexistence. - What to bring?
We will send you an email weeks before the event with all the material that students must bring, as well as the things that they will not be allowed to bring to the camp. - What type of grass do the training fields have?
At the Llívia Summer Camp, all training fields have natural grass.
At other camps, the playing surface is artificial turf.
In any case, we will provide detailed information about the surface used for each event. - Allergies, intolerances and medication
All children who must follow a specific treatment or suffer from any food intolerance or allergy must explicitly notify it in the registration form.
In the case of allergies and/or intolerances, the specific foods must be specified, and the antidote must also be provided.
If the child takes specific medication, he/she must notify the organization so that the tutor or coach can administer the medication according to the instructions given by the parents.
Iniesta Academy will not administer medication to children without prior authorization and permission from the parents.
In case of an emergency or medical assistance, we will call the parents to keep them informed at all times of the steps to follow and the corresponding instructions. - What happens if my child is unwell?
First, we will contact you and inform you of the situation. In case of force majeure, with the parents’ authorization we will take your child to a medical assistance center and/or follow your instructions.
