Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
- By making the payment for campus registration, the user or, as applicable, the parent, guardian, or tutor in the case of a minor, agrees to and undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
- In the case of a minor user, only registration applications meeting the following conditions will be accepted: (i) the registration application and these conditions must be accepted by the parent, guardian, or legal tutor of the minor user; (ii) With the acceptance of these conditions, the parent, guardian, or legal tutor declares to be responsible for accepting this contract, as well as for all acts of the minor on the campus premises. They explicitly state that the minor meets the necessary physical conditions for sports activities, fully and expressly releasing INIESTA ACADEMY from any eventuality, setback, difficulty, problem, injury, or accident that may occur, unless there is wilful misconduct or negligence on the part of INIESTA ACADEMY staff.
2. Registration, Reservation, and Payment Terms:
- To reserve a place at the Campus, users (or, in the case of minors, their parent, guardian, or tutor) must complete the online registration process and make the corresponding payment.
- This contract becomes effective upon the acceptance below of the terms and conditions, as well as the Personal Data Protection Policy.
- Registration payment is processed through our secure online payment system.
- All prices listed on the website are Public Retail Prices (P.R.P) and, therefore, include applicable taxes.
- Notwithstanding the above, INIESTA ACADEMY may reasonably deny any registration request in the following cases: (i) When the number of applications exceeds the capacity of the Campus; (ii) In case of non-compliance with the aforementioned conditions; (iii) If INIESTA ACADEMY considers, reasonably, the application for the Campus as inappropriate.
- This contract and the user status at the Campus cannot be transferred to any other person.
- Registration implies acceptance of the rules of conduct and facility usage established by the management of INIESTA ACADEMY at any given time.
3. Cancellation Policy and, if applicable, Refunds:
(i) No Right of Withdrawal at User’s Instance:
- In accordance with Article 103 letter l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal under this Contract is not applicable at the user’s instance. Therefore, no cancellation right exists once the registration and tuition fee payment process is completed.
(ii) Cancellation at the Instance of INIESTA ACADEMY:
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel the Campus at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, insufficient registrations, or any other justified reason.
- In the event of cancellation by the Organizer, a full refund of any registration fees paid will be offered.
(iii) Rescheduling by the Organizer:
- If the Campus is rescheduled for a different calendar than initially set, users will have the option to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a full refund if they cannot attend on the newly established calendar.
(iv) Refunds:
- In the case of refunds expressly provided for in the above sections, they will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of the participant’s refund request or cancellation by the organizer.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the initial registration unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds may be subject to administrative charges.
4. Program Modifications:
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, including schedules and activities, as necessary. In such cases, INIESTA ACADEMY will make its best efforts to notify participants of such changes through all available communication channels.
5. General Campus Regulations:
- Campus users must adhere to and respect the rules and instructions established by the coaches and the management of INIESTA ACADEMY at all times. In particular, users commit to: (i) Respect and follow the instructions of coaches and Campus staff; (ii) Strive to ensure that fair play is the motto of the Campus, fostering a love for football and enjoyment among all users; (iii) Endeavor to pursue and achieve the goals set by INIESTA ACADEMY during the Campus activities.
- Proper use of equipment, materials, and facilities is required, with the user being responsible for any damage caused by improper use.
- The management accepts no liability in the event of misuse of equipment or facilities by any user, unless it is due to the wilful misconduct or negligence of INIESTA ACADEMY or its staff.
- Users must use the spaces with care. The equipment used in the Campus belongs to INIESTA ACADEMY and must remain on the premises at the end of each session/training day.
- Intentional theft and/or destruction or damage of material may lead to the responsible party being expelled from the facilities. Depending on the severity of the actions, this may result in the permanent removal of the user as a Campus participant, as well as the return of stolen items and/or the replacement of destroyed or damaged items or their value, without prejudice to any legal actions.
- The use of the sports gear provided by Capitten, included in the registration fee and handed out on the first day of the Campus, is mandatory.
- A respectful attitude towards other Campus users and INIESTA ACADEMY employees is mandatory.
- Aggressive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviours, as well as the use of disrespectful, discriminatory, violent, or racist language, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. In severe cases, INIESTA ACADEMY may decide on the automatic expulsion of the offending user, without prejudice to any legal actions.
- Compliance with activity schedules and punctuality for Campus entry times is mandatory.
- INIESTA ACADEMY is not responsible for objects left in any of the Campus facilities, particularly those left in the changing rooms.
- Users are prohibited from taking photographs/videos in changing rooms, common areas, and training zones of the Campus. Likewise, recording and/or capturing images of training sessions and sports activities during the Campus is strictly prohibited.
- INIESTA ACADEMY staff will ensure compliance with the Campus conduct rules and facility usage, and their instructions must be followed.
6. Liability:
- The company is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages to the users’ property during participation in the Campus. This is without prejudice to the commitment of the Campus to have appropriate Civil Liability insurance in place, according to the extent and limits stipulated by applicable regulations.
7. Recording and Use of Images:
- By enrolling in the Football Campus, users grant permission for the use of their image in promotional photographs and videos. Specifically, users of the Academy and their legal guardians accept and authorize the capture and recording of their image and voice for publication on the Web and Social Media of INIESTA ACADEMY or NSN, its subsidiaries, collaborators, sponsors, and third parties, including for commercial purposes. In the event of disagreement with the terms of this clause, the user or, in the case of minors, their legal guardians may address the Academy or NSN in writing to revoke this authorization, with no retroactive effect.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

By proceeding with the registration, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
At INIESTA ACADEMY, we believe in the importance of ensuring the security and identity of our Users, as well as the proper handling of the data they provide us for the performance of our functions.
For this reason, we have adapted our processes to European personal data protection regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679) and provide Users with everything they need to know to understand it. Additionally, security measures have been implemented to ensure compliance according to the type of data we use and their proper treatment through risk analysis techniques.
Among others, the legislative framework that we must adhere to in the processing of Users’ personal data includes:
- Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.
- European Regulation (EU) 679/2016, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data.
- Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

For what purpose will we use User data? (Purpose and Legitimacy)
INIESTA ACADEMY will use the data provided by the User for the proper execution of contracted services (registration in the Campus).
The processing of User data is based on their explicit consent, which is granted by the User when providing the requested information, filling out, and accepting this legal notice during the registration process.
Under no circumstances will individual automated actions and/or profiling be carried out that produce legal effects or significantly affect Users in a similar manner.
The personal data provided will be retained for the duration of the binding contractual relationship or until its deletion is requested, always ensuring they are suitable, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
The User (or, in the case of minors, their parent, guardian, or tutor) will be solely responsible for completing the forms and, consequently, will also be solely responsible for providing false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.
To whom will we disclose User data? (Transfers)
User data will not be transferred to any entity, professional, or third party outside the proper use of their information to provide a correct service by INIESTA ACADEMY. However, in the case that the User expressly authorizes it, their data may be transferred to NSN affiliated companies to inform them about any commercial updates that we believe may be of interest to them. The User may revoke, at any time, the consent given for commercial purposes.
Where do we obtain your data? (Origin)
At INIESTA ACADEMY, we recognize the importance of legitimate data acquisition from our Users. In this regard, we inform you that INIESTA ACADEMY does not acquire, under any circumstances, databases from third parties.
The data we use and process have been provided by the Users themselves consciously and voluntarily, through explicit consent accepted during the completion of the registration forms.
What are your rights and how can you exercise them? (Rights)
Every User has the right to obtain confirmation of whether INIESTA ACADEMY processes their personal data or not.
Likewise, as envisaged in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), every User has the following rights:
- Access to personal data.
Every User has the right to access their data and know what type of personal data is being processed.
- Rectification or deletion of data.
In certain circumstances, the User has the right to rectify inaccurate personal data concerning them or request the deletion of data when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. o
- Request limitation of data processing.
In certain circumstances, the User has the right to request the limitation of data processing. In such cases, only data strictly necessary for the exercise or defense of claims will be retained, as provided in the General Data Protection Regulation.
- Portability of your data.
In certain circumstances, the User has the right to receive their personal data, which they have provided, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller.
- Opposition to data processing.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the User has the right to object to the processing of their data. In such cases, we will cease processing the data, without prejudice to the ability to retain data strictly necessary to address legitimate interests, such as the exercise of our defense against possible claims.
The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. However, in case of withdrawal of consent, they cannot use any of the contracted services.
Where should you go to exercise your rights?
For the exercise of the recognized rights, the User can contact us through 2 main avenues:

- By sending a written request to our Central offices located at Rambla Catalunya, 2, 3rd floor, 08007, Barcelona.
We will respond to your requests as quickly as possible and, in any case, within the timeframes required by current legislation.
How long do we retain your data?
Personal data will be retained throughout the period of our contractual relationship with the User. Once the contractual relationship concludes, the data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations related to tax and administrative matters.
In any case, when a person requests to be removed as a User, their data will be blocked in our system to ensure that the person does not receive additional information about our services unless they explicitly consent to receiving advertising and promotions during the cancellation process.
SOCIAL MEDIA
INIESTA ACADEMY may have corporate profiles on the main social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). For all these profiles, INIESTA ACADEMY will be considered the data controller for the data of its followers, fans, subscribers, commentators, or other users participating in these profiles. In turn, INIESTA ACADEMY will accept and comply, in any case, with the privacy conditions applicable on each of the social media platforms where it has a profile.
The processing that INIESTA ACADEMY will carry out on such data will be, at most, that which the social media platform allows for corporate profiles and will always have an informative purpose. Consequently, INIESTA ACADEMY may inform its followers, through any means allowed by the social media platform, about its news, offers, and updates.
