Q. Where can I register?

Q. I can’t register

Iniesta Academy’s summer camps have limited places. If the maximum quota is reached, there will be a waiting list and places will be assigned in order of list. f you want to be added to the waiting list, please contact us at camps@iniestacademy.com and leave your details. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q. What ages can participate in the campus?

The age range is from 6 to 16 years old.

Q. Why do I have to send a photo of my child when registering?

The photos are so that the coaches can become familiar with the names and faces. It’s very important that the coach and monitor can address the child by name, and having this information beforehand is helpful. The photo is essential for the optimal development of the campus for both the student and the organization.

Q. Why should I sign the minor’s image rights document?

Acceptance of the image rights document allows Iniesta Academy to record your children and their images to be published on our social networks.

If a family does not want their child to appear in public, they will have to select the option to not accept the document at the time of registration.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, at the time of payment you will be given the option to use the Klarna platform.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of justified force majeure, the refund will be 100%.

In the event of cancellation 15 days before the start of the event, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded in the event of injury or duly certified force majeure. This information will be validated and verified individually. If the documentation provided is not valid, no refund will be issued.

In the event of cancellation once the campus has started, there will be no right to a refund of any amount, except in cases of injury or force majeure duly justified, in which case €30 per day will be refunded for the number of remaining days not enjoyed.

In other cases, such as travel, unforeseen events, that is, causes NOT of force majeure, you must contact campst@iniestacademy.com and we will analyze the case individually.

If any refund is necessary, it will be made at the end of the event.

Q. Who should I contact in case of emergency?

Once the children are registered we will provide you with the contacts and people in charge so that you can contact the coaches and monitors directly only in specific cases.
